Heidi Clark, a Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar, strives to nurture human potential through early, preventative approaches to wellbeing. These include restorative, fortifying strategies to relationships within families and organisations. Heidi aims to develop a pattern of growth within individuals, families, and organisations promoting personal leadership and peace. Heidi’s services are designed to cultivate resilience and empower individuals, families, and organisations to flourish.
Lead Psychologist with an Innovative Wellbeing Pilot Project serving 14 QLD Government Schools across the Granite Belt (July 2023 – June 2024)
Current regional co-leader for not-for-profit, faith-based Young Women’s program, tasked with training and supporting 21 local women leaders across the Ipswich, Toowoomba, Southern, and Western Downs region (March 2024 - Current)
Developed and presented year level specific psychoeducation on resilience and wellbeing to over 500 students (2024)

Heidi takes a comprehensive approach to addressing wellbeing concerns at the individual, family, and organisational levels. She strives to identify and address underlying factors rather than solely focusing on symptom alleviation.
Her mission is to nurture human potential. She strives to accomplish this by fostering a pattern of growth, building resilience, increasing self-efficacy and developing personal leadership. Heidi delivers practical support, insightful guidance, and evidence-based psychological intervention.
Heidi embraces the principles of integrated wellness and supports individuals, families, and organisations dealing with various challenges and a wide range of mental health, wellbeing, and organisational culture issues.
Her approach is influenced by the works of world-renowned experts such as Dr Daniel Siegel, Dr Gabor Mate, Dr Bessel van der Kolk, Dr Russ Harris, Sir Ken Robinson, Dr Mel Levine, Ron Clark, and Oliver and Rachel DeMille.

Current enrolment in the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program sees Heidi engaged in weekly supervision sessions with a Clinical Psychologist, as well as ongoing participation in weekly Professional Development Learning activities.
